Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Disha Vishram Sthan online booking platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.


1. Booking Workflow & Confirmation

  • Pending Requests: When a guest places a room booking request, it goes into a 'Pending Approval' stream.
  • Vendor Rights: The property owner/vendor holds the right to accept or cancel/reject the request based on physical room availability.
  • Inventory Lock: Once a vendor accepts the request, rooms are occupied in the system database. If the inventory pool drops to 0, the specific room type will display as 'Not Available'.

2. Guest Check-In & Check-Out Rules

  • Guests must present a valid government-approved ID card (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) to the vendor upon arrival at the property.
  • Check-In Timeline: Active stay status is updated in the live stream system as soon as the vendor processes the physical arrival.
  • Check-Out Policy: Guests must clear any pending billing balance counters with the hotel manager before checking out. Once checked out, the system automatically releases the inventory pool by +1 room back to the public domain.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the portal are configured by individual property vendors. Disha Vishram Sthan acts as an aggregator platform.
  • Payment status (Paid / Pending) and Payment Methods (Counter Cash, Online, etc.) will be printed directly onto your digital Invoice Receipt.

4. Cancellations & Rejections

  • Vendors can cancel any booking before check-in due to unexpected operational issues or full occupancies. In such cases, guests will receive a system cancellation alert.
  • Misbehavior, illegal activities, or violation of hotel policies will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

Disha Vishram Sthan acts as a link between hotel vendors and guests. We are not responsible for any personal disputes, quality of service issues, damages, or losses inside the physical hotel premises during the active stay timeline.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to alter these core conditions at any given time without prior notifications. Continuing to use the portal ensures that you agree with updated operational changes.
